Returns

 Online orders are subject to the same return/exchange policy as in-store purchases. Purchases will have 7 days from the day the order is delivered to the shipping address to initiate a return or exchange (subject to availability). Lilly Thomas will gladly accept any merchandise in its original condition with tags attached.  We reserve the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met. Acceptable returns will receive a store credit that is stored in our computer system and is good for 1 year. You may also use your credit by sending us a direct message on Instagram.
